Naved graduated from the University of Birmingham with LLB Law degree in 2004 following which he completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2006 with a commendation. He qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He has advised and represented clients at Police Stations and/or other regulatory interviews under PACE, such as Trading Standards, Local Authority and breach of Health and Safety. Naved has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of United Kingdom Immigration and Citizenship Law including applications under Appendix FM (spouse/partner, children and parent applications), Human Rights Article 8 applications and appeals both under Family and Private Life, Student visas, Skilled Worker visas, British Citizenship, EU Settlement Applications as well as advising business on sponsorship licences and civil penalties for breaches of employing illegal workers. He has also successfully represented clients at the First Tier Tribunal and prepared appeals to the Upper Tribunal. In addition, he has extensive experience in administrative and judicial review proceedings.
